About Us
Sri Lanka Association of NSW (SLA NSW) is the apex organisation established to represent the Sri Lankan Australian community in New South Wales. We are a community based non-political, non-religious and not for profit Association. Since its foundation in 1973, SLANSW has been providing advocacy as well as services to the community through various cultural and social activities. SLANSW endevors to promote multiculturalism and build the social cohesion and harmony. Our organisation has been playing a leading role in bringing communities together and involved in support activities for natural disasters and pandemic both in Australia and Sri Lanka including the 2014 Boxing Day Tsunami and COVID-19.
